The Subtenant, CTI Technologies, received notification that its prior location had recently been sold to a user and was given a short timeline to relocate its operation. eDriving LLC, the Sublandlord, had recently decided not to reoccupy its Mount Laurel location and contacted WCRE, who had originally arranged the lease on their behalf. The suite is located in the building located at 1120 Route 73, Mount Laurel, New Jersey, and is owned by an entity controlled by Zamir Equities.
