Top Terraces Inc., a California company, has paid $51 million for a five-building, 400,000-square-foot office portfolio in Mount Laurel, New Jersey.

Four of the five buildings, which each total 79,692 square feet, are occupied by Lockheed Martin Inc.’s rotary and mission systems practice. The buildings occupied by Lockheed include 760, 770, 780 and 790 Centerton Road and 750 Centerton Road is vacant.
